Gulets are essentially kin to the traditional fisher and transport boats of the Mediterrannean. In the course of the time, these were modified to their contemporary profile with a wide body and large deck, also the inner spaces were completely rearranged for a comfortable accommodation of the passangers. Usually a gulet can host 8 to 16 people in 1 to 3-berth cabins and average length is above 20 meters (60 feet).

But the size may vary between 14 and 40 meters (52- 125 feet) hence varying passanger capacity. The cabins are usually for two and almost all of them have private WC and shower.

The cabins of the crew are completely separeted from those of the passangers. The gulets offer enough space to the passangers in the cabins, salon, in the aisles, on the deck and on the aft deck letting .

The crew consists of a captain, a cook and one or two deckhands. In small boats the crew may be the captain and the cook. The cooks are well trained in culinary skills. Although the gulets are essentially motor yachts, it is possible to sail certain distances during a Blue Cruise.

Choosing the right boat: We feature many yachts with different size and facilities. The terms standart, superior and deluxe are used to indicate the relative degree of comfort and aesthetics the boats have.

Ingredients of a wonderful cruise

A good captain: Unlike cruise lines, the captain is very important in these boats where there are only a few people.

A good boat: A boat with spacious cabins, and a well tuned engine. Sailing is available in some boats while in others sails are for decorative purposes.

A good cook: The quality and the quantity of food is important in making the cruise a wonderful one.
